- Best Resume Finder: 2 credits per resume

3. REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED CREDITS
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
Unused credits may be eligible for refund under the following conditions:
Full Refund (100%):
- Credits purchased but never used
- Refund requested within 7 days of purchase
- Technical error preventing credit usage
- Duplicate payment for the same transaction
- Unauthorized transaction on your account
Partial Refund:
- Unused credits from a purchase where some credits were used
- Calculated based on unused credit balance
- Requested within 30 days of purchase
3.2 Non-Refundable Credits
Credits are non-refundable in the following cases:
- Credits already used for features
- Refund requested after 30 days of purchase
- Credits received as free daily credits or registration bonuses
- Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
- Credits used for completed services (even if results are unsatisfactory)

- UPI Refunds: 3-5 business days
- PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days
4. SERVICE-RELATED REFUNDS
4.1 Technical Issues
If a service fails due to a technical error on our end:

- Service fails to complete due to system error
- Generated content is corrupted or unreadable
- Service timeout or processing failure
- Data loss due to system malfunction
Process:
- Report the issue within 24 hours

- If confirmed, credits will be refunded or the service will be re-run at no cost
4.2 Unsatisfactory Results
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Results don't meet expectations
- Disagreement with AI-generated content
- User error in input data
- Results are accurate but not preferred

4.3 Service Cancellation
If you cancel a service before completion:
- Credits are not refunded if processing has started
- Credits may be refunded if cancellation occurs before processing begins

5.1 UPI Payments (India)

- Refunds processed to the original UPI ID
